As a key member of our Customer Service Department, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences, resolving customer inquiries and complaints, and driving customer retention. **Responsibilities**
As an Inbound Energy Customer Care Specialist at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:
* Answering phones from customers professionally and responding to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
* Focusing on customer retention through proactive communication, issue resolution, and relationship-building.
* Providing customers with careerzynith's service standards, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support.
* Identifying, escalating, and reporting priority issues to high-level management, ensuring that our customers receive prompt attention and resolution.
* Routing inbound calls to the appropriate resources, ensuring that customers receive the right support and assistance.
* Following up on complicated customer calls, ensuring that our customers receive a satisfactory resolution.
* Completing call notes and call reports as necessary, updating them in our CRM system to ensure accurate tracking and analysis.
* Obtaining and evaluating all relevant data to properly handle and document complaints and inquiries.
* Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken, ensuring that our customers receive a clear understanding of the resolution process.
* Performing other duties as assigned by management, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support.
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A High School Diploma or equivalent
* Bilingual skills (a plus)
* Some sales and customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
* Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written communication with proper grammar and syntax
* Excellent computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
* Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask, ensuring that our customers receive prompt attention and resolution
* Some experience with MS Excel (a plus)
* The ability to react effectively and calmly in escalated situations, ensuring that our customers receive a satisfactory resolution
