**Job Summary**

As an Inbound Energy Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, resolving customer inquiries and complaints, and driving customer retention. You will work closely with our high-performing team to deliver exceptional experiences, identify opportunities for growth, and contribute to the success of our company. **Key Responsibilities**

* Answering phones from customers professionally and responding to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and effective manner
* Focusing on customer retention through proactive communication, issue resolution, and relationship-building
* Providing customers with careerzynith's service standards, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience
* Identifying, escalating, and reporting priority issues to high-level management, ensuring prompt resolution and minimizing customer impact
* Routing inbound calls to the appropriate resources, ensuring efficient and effective issue resolution
* Following up on complicated customer calls, ensuring resolution and customer satisfaction
* Completing call notes and call reports as necessary, updating them in our CRM system
* Obtaining and evaluating relevant data to properly handle and document complaints and inquiries
* Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
* Performing other duties as assigned by management, contributing to the growth and success of our team

**Requirements**

* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Bilingual skills a plus, but not required
* Some sales and customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
* Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written communication with proper grammar and tone
* Excellent computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
* Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Some experience with MS Excel is a plus, but not required
* Ability to react effectively and calmly in escalated situations, maintaining a professional demeanor and composure
