As an Inbound Energy Customer Care Specialist at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our customers, responding to their inquiries and concerns, and finding solutions to their problems. You'll work in a remote environment, collaborating with our team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive customer retention. **Key Responsibilities**
As an Inbound Energy Customer Care Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:
* Answering phones from customers professionally and responding to their inquiries and complaints in a timely and effective manner
* Focusing on customer retention and providing customers with the organization's service standards
* Identifying, escalating priority issues, and reporting to high-level management
* Routing inbound calls to the appropriate resources and following up on complicated customer calls as required
* Completing call notes and call reports as necessary and updating them in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
* Obtaining and evaluating all relevant data to properly handle and document complaints and inquiries
* Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken
* Other duties as assigned by management
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Bilingual a plus (but not required)
* Some sales and customer service experience
* Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written communication with proper grammar
* Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
* Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
* Some experience with MS Excel is a plus
* Ability to react effectively and calmly in escalated situations
* Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach
