As a remote Inbound Energy Customer Care Specialist, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's shaping the future of energy retail. **Key Responsibilities** As an Inbound Energy Customer Care Specialist, you'll be responsible for: * Answering customer calls professionally, responding to inquiries, and resolving complaints in a timely and effective manner * Focusing on customer retention through proactive communication and issue resolution * Providing customers with arenaflex's service standards, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience * Identifying and escalating priority issues to high-level management, ensuring timely resolution * Routing inbound calls to the appropriate resources, ensuring efficient issue resolution * Following up on complicated customer calls, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction * Completing call notes and call reports, updating them in our CRM system * Obtaining and evaluating relevant data to properly handle and document complaints and inquiries * Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken * Performing other duties as assigned by management **Requirements** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * A High School Diploma or equivalent * Bilingual skills (a plus) * Some sales and customer service experience * Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written communication with proper grammar * Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in MS Excel * Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask * Ability to react effectively and calmly in escalated situations **Preferred Qualifications** * Some experience with MS Excel * Previous experience in a customer-facing role * Familiarity with CRM systems **Benefits Program** As an arenaflex team member, you'll enjoy: * Competitive wages, with a starting salary of $15.00 to $16.00 per hour, plus commission * Medical, dental, and eye insurance available * Vacation and sick time * 401K benefits **Work Environment and Company Culture** As a remote Inbound Energy Customer Care Specialist, you'll work from the comfort of your own home, with the flexibility to manage your schedule and work environment.
