Job Description
Join our supportive and collaborative team as an Inbound Customer Support Representative, where you will have the freedom and flexibility to work remotely. This role requires a strong and diverse skillset, and your contribution will be valued and recognized. Responsibilities
Live answer all inbound calls for our property management division during normal office hours, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our clients' needs are met.
Pre-screen inbound calls based on motivation level and property details, with the goal of scheduling appointments and driving business growth.
Fulfill tasks as requested by the Property Managers, ensuring that all responsibilities are completed efficiently and effectively.
Enter all calls are logged and routed to the appropriate team member, maintaining accurate records and ensuring seamless communication.
Qualifications
We are seeking a highly organized and self-motivated individual with a strong background in customer service, preferably with telephone experience. The ideal candidate will possess:
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and execute each effectively.
Previous customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results.
A willingness to learn and grow within the company, with a strong desire to excel in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
