**Responsibilities**
As an Inbound Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Handling customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
* Providing information about products and services to customers
* Troubleshooting and resolving product/service issues and concerns in a timely and efficient manner
* Documenting and updating customer records based on interactions
* Increasing customer retention by implementing creative problem-solving skills
* Handling numerous customer inquiries promptly, accurately, and efficiently
* Navigating between computer screens (CRM Software, ACD System, Email and Web Browser) while actively listening and entering customer information
**Preferred Skills**
* Customer service experience is required
* Positive and professional demeanor
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Minimum some college
* Experience with diagnosing and troubleshooting
* Experience supporting consumer products and/or services
* Must be dependable to work your scheduled shift
**Training**
* Product training (Understanding of our client's range of products, ingredients, standard procedures, etc.)
* Systems training (How to use CRM and ACD Tools)
* Remote training (via the video conference platform Zoom)
* 100% Attendance
