You'll be responsible for providing product information, registration support, service, parts, delivery, and dealer location inquiries, as well as concierge services to resolve owner issues through troubleshooting, sales, service, referrals, and concessions. If you're a motivated and customer-focused individual with a passion for delivering exceptional service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide direct support to customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner * Provide product information, registration support, service, parts, delivery, and dealer location inquiries * Concierge services to resolve owner issues through troubleshooting, sales, service, referrals, and concessions * Limited support to Non-arenaflex-branded appliance owners * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues * Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills * Adhere to arenaflex's customer service standards and policies **Requirements** * One-year relevant working experience in a customer service or sales environment * Take-charge person, self-starter, with in-depth knowledge of processes and procedures * Ability to research, analyze data, and make sound decisions for escalated customer matters * High degree of concentration and attention to detail * Excellent team player with verbal, written, and interpersonal skills * Maintain professional interactions to promote brand loyalty for arenaflex-branded products * Acts with integrity, seeks leadership guidance * Familiarity with web-based systems to retrieve data for troubleshooting * Ability to effectively work at home * Computer skills include: MS Office Suite and navigating multiple systems **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in the appliance industry or a related field * Certification in customer service or a related field * Bilingual or multilingual skills * Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines * Strong technical skills, including proficiency in MS Office Suite and web-based systems **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
