**What You'll Do**

As an Inbound Customer Service Representative, you will:

* Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, addressing their concerns and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner
* Serve as the frontline team for careerzynith, helping to reunite pets with their pet parents
* Work collaboratively with our team to achieve our customer satisfaction goals
* Adhere to daily schedules to manage inbound calls, with the flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days and evenings
* Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

**What You'll Bring**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

* Previous call center experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
* High school diploma or GED, with a strong foundation in communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to pass a drug screen and federal background check upon hire
* Reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace at home (if working remotely)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on meeting customer satisfaction goals
