**What You'll Do**
As an Experienced Inbound Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
* Reassuring callers who may be panicked about their missing pets
* Serving as the frontline team to help reunite pets with their pet parents
* Providing a positive experience for our customers
* Being part of a collaborative team and culture that offers advancement opportunities
* Adhering to daily schedules to manage inbound calls (daily phone calls may increase during peak periods)
* Working day and evening shifts, with opportunities for career advancement
