Key Responsibilities

Respond to inbound customer calls and resolve product-related concerns in a professional and courteous manner

Navigate through multiple systems and enter information using your keyboard, including function keys, while speaking with customers on the phone

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum 18 years of age
Residency in Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, North Carolina, or Wisconsin
Ability to work from home with a dedicated workspace and minimum computer requirements (see below)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets


Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred:

Previous customer service experience
Experience working in a call center or contact center environment
Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Windows and keyboard navigation
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

To work from home, you will need to meet the following minimum computer requirements:

A PC or Laptop with a current and supported MS Windows 11 Operating System (No Mac, Vista, Chromebook, or XP)
Processor: AMD 2.1GHZ or higher OR INTEL 1.8GHZ or higher, OR INTEL 1.7GHZ or lower; must be i3, i5, i7, or Pentium with 4 or more cores and be 2016 or newer
4GB RAM or installed memory
10GB of Free Hard Disk Space
Dedicated High Speed Internet: Internet Download Speed: 4.0 MBPS, Internet Upload Speed: 2.0 MBPS, Wired Internet with a cable connection (Dial-up, Wi-Fi, Hotspots, and Satellite are not allowed)

Training Requirements
As a new hire, you will be required to complete a mandatory training program, which includes:

1st Shift Training – 2 weeks (M-F), 8:30am-3:30pm CST
2nd Shift Training – 2 weeks (M-F), 5:00pm-11:00pm CST
Weekend Training – 3 weekends (Sa-Su), 8:00am-4:00pm CST
