**Job Summary**
As an Inbound Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about our products and services, and generating high-quality leads for our clients. You'll work closely with our team to develop and maintain a knowledge base of our evolving products and services, ensuring that you're always up-to-date on the latest information. **Responsibilities**
* Handle a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses to customer questions and concerns
* Provide detailed information about our products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing
* Narrow down on appointment information to schedule appointments with our clients' customers
* Capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review
* Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review and feedback
* Develop and maintain a knowledge base of our evolving products and services, staying up-to-date on the latest information and updates
* Collaborate with our team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the customer experience
**Requirements**
* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary
* Basic internet and window-based computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
* Strong ability to multitask, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
* Positive and professional demeanor, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
* Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a dynamic work environment
**Nice-to-Haves**
* Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment
* Familiarity with our products and services, or a strong desire to learn and grow with our company
