**Responsibilities**
As an Inbound Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
* Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses to their questions and concerns
* Providing detailed information about our automotive products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing
* Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments with our clients' customers
* Capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up
* Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights and feedback
* Developing and maintaining a comprehensive knowledge base of our evolving products and services, staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
