Requirements and Qualifications: Essential Qualifications: Must reside within the state of Kansas. Possess a reliable computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse. Computer specifications: minimum of 8 GB of RAM, 64-bit Operating System, and 8th Generation Intel Core (or equivalent or higher). Quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions (this is a remote position). Ability to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT. Typing speed: at least 35 WPM, with 40 WPM or higher preferred. Preferred Qualifications: Gaming experience is highly valued, but not required. Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field. Familiarity with chat software and technology. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
