As a remote customer support representative, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about making a difference in the lives of our customers. **Position Overview** As an In-Field Customer Support Representative, you'll serve as the initial point of contact for customer support inquiries, providing prompt and accurate responses to questions about product features, usage, and troubleshooting simple issues. You'll also perform basic onsite technical tasks, escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams, and collaborate with team members to improve the overall support process.
