Key Responsibilities Collaborate with consultants and senior consultants on a wide range of projects, ensuring successful client outcomes. Attend weekly project meetings, take detailed meeting notes as needed, and participate in internal debrief meetings to discuss project progress. Complete delegated project action items, co-design and implement software solutions, and communicate with project team members and clients as required. Participate in daily team standup meetings to review project status, discuss team workload, and collaborate on complex problems. Build complex software systems within the Salesforce platform, utilizing various technology stacks and methodologies. Identify risks and issues, and work proactively to prevent problems before they arise. Support consultants in scoping projects, and help identify and implement process improvements to enhance our current processes. Estimated Time Allocation Salesforce build: 70% Client interaction (attending meetings in a supporting role): 20% Project scoping (supporting consultants in scoping projects): 10% Essential Qualifications To succeed as an Implementation Specialist at Fast Slow Motion, you'll need: Strong technical skills, with expertise in Salesforce development and implementation. Excellent communication and business skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members. Experience working with agile methodologies and various technology stacks. A proactive approach to identifying risks and issues, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with multiple Salesforce clouds, products, and tools, such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, CPQ, Field Service Lightning, Marketing Cloud, Pardot, Health Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud. A strong understanding of business operations and processes, with the ability to develop and implement effective solutions. A proven track record of delivering successful Salesforce implementations, with a focus on driving business growth and scalability.
