**Experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) Developer – SailPoint Integration and Governance**

And we're looking for talented individuals like you to join our ranks. **About the Role** We're seeking an experienced IAM Developer to join our team and help us integrate SailPoint into our existing infrastructure. As a key member of our IAM team, you'll be responsible for designing, building, and launching customer-specific workflows for provisioning, correlation rules, access certification, and more. You'll work closely with our international-class software and platform teams to deliver scalable, nimble solutions that meet the needs of our business. **Key Responsibilities** * Design, build, and launch customer-specific workflows for provisioning, correlation rules, access certification, and Joiner, Mover, and Leaver within IIQ * Experience in installation management and troubleshooting of IAM solutions in a business environment * SailPoint implementation experience with strong IAM domain best practices, design, and maintenance knowledge * Implementation of JML events, custom/OOTB LCM Workflows to meet business requirements * Robust knowledge of WebServices, RestAPI & SCIM API connectors and Provisioning rules to customize software onboarding **What You'll Contribute** * Strong exposure to general identity control, access control, RBAC, role mining, access aggregation/certification, and Federation * Strong experience with exchange deployment/release management experience * Experience with Java, JavaScript, XML, DSML, Linux, Tomcat, Oracle, and other relevant technologies * A tremendous mindset and a passion for innovation **About blithequark Global Tech** At blithequark Global Tech, we're a team of software engineers, data scientists, cybersecurity professionals, and service specialists who are dedicated to making a real impact in the world.
