Whether you're just starting your career or looking to take your skills to the next level, we offer a supportive and dynamic environment that will help you grow and thrive. **About the Role** As an Experienced IAM Developer, you'll be responsible for designing, building, and launching customer-specific workflows for provisioning, correlation rules, access certification, and Joiner, Mover, and Leaver within our Identity and Access Management (IIQ) system. You'll work closely with our international-class software and platform teams to design and implement software integrations that meet our scalable and agile needs. **Key Responsibilities** * Design, build, and launch customer-specific workflows for provisioning, correlation rules, access certification, and Joiner, Mover, and Leaver within IIQ * Experience in installation management and troubleshooting of IAM solutions in a business environment * SailPoint implementation experience with strong IAM domain best practices, design, and maintenance of data * Implementation of JML events, custom/OOTB LCM Workflows to meet business requirements * Robust knowledge of WebServices, RestAPI & SCIM API connectors and Provisioning rules to customize software onboarding * Strong exposure to general identity control, access control, RBAC, role mining, access aggregation/certification, and Federation * Strong experience with exchange deployment/release management experience * Experience of Java, JavaScript, XML, DSML, Linux, Tomcat, Oracle, and other related technologies **What You'll Convey** * A strong passion for innovation and a drive to stay ahead of the curve * Excellent problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn and adapt * Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams * A commitment to excellence and a focus on delivering high-quality results * A strong understanding of IAM principles and best practices * Experience with SailPoint and other IAM solutions * Strong technical skills, with a focus on Java, JavaScript, XML, DSML, Linux, Tomcat, Oracle, and other related technologies **Flexible, Hybrid Work** We use a hybrid approach to working that combines in-office collaboration with virtual work.
