You will work closely with senior executives, senior managers, and cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop optimized IAM architectures that meet those needs. Key Responsibilities Design and implement IAM solutions across various vendor products, including Oracle, Forgerock, Okta, SailPoint, and others. Develop deep working relationships with senior executives and senior managers across client account teams and clients. Understand business directions and create optimized IAM architectures to meet client needs. Build knowledge capital through research and development, leveraging industry insights to deliver best-in-class expertise to clients. Help grow Company Security across North America through thought leadership and entrepreneurialism. Collaborate with clients and company teams to gather and document functional requirements, design technical architectures and processes, and implement IAM product components. Essential Qualifications and Experience To succeed as an IAM Consultant with Workwarp, you will need: A minimum of 2+ years of technical experience with 1 or more IAM solutions, including integrations, configurations, installations, and development. At least 2 years of experience in IAM, including designing and architecting solutions based on client requirements. Experience with configuration and implementation of packaged or custom IAM solutions, including: Design and development of automated provisioning and reconciliation of IT resources. Request-based application and resource provisioning. RBAC authentication to entitled applications and resources. Role-based resolution of approvers for request approval flows. Single Sign-on. Experience with at least two or more of the following IAM Functional Skills: Access Management. Identity Governance. Directory Services. Identity Provisioning. Identity Management. Identity Management as a Service. Experience with at least two or more of the following IAM Vendor technologies or skills: SailPoint. ForgeRock. Okta. CyberArk. PingIdentity. Savyint. A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree. Preferred Skills and Qualifications To stand out as an IAM Consultant with Workwarp, you will ideally have: Exposure to IAM practitioners and experts. Prior work experience serving C-Level clients as a security consultant. Industry-adopted security certifications, such as CISSP, and IAM vendor or industry certifications, like Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM) or ForgeRock Certified OpenAM Specialist. Prior experience in deployment and implementation of custom applications. Experience with security areas, including: Information risk, privacy, and strategy. Application security. Infrastructure security. Data security or encryption.
