Experienced Identity and Access Management Developer - SailPoint Implementation and Integration Expert

About the Role We're looking for a talented developer who can design, build, and launch customer-specific workflows for provisioning, correlation rules, access certification, and Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML) events within SailPoint. As an expert in IAM solutions, you'll work with international-class software and platform groups to integrate packages and design software integrations that fit a scalable, nimble shape. Your experience in installation management, troubleshooting, and SailPoint implementation will be essential in this role. Key Responsibilities Design, build, and launch customer-specific workflows for provisioning, correlation rules, access certification, and JML events within SailPoint Implement JML events, custom/OOTB LCM Workflows to meet business requirements Develop and customize software integrations using WebServices, RestAPI, SCIM API connectors, and Provisioning rules Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of IAM solutions Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to IAM solutions in an enterprise environment Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need: Strong exposure to identity management, access control, RBAC, role mining, access aggregation/certification, and Federation Experience with trade deployment/release management Knowledge of Java, JavaScript, XML, DSML, Linux, Tomcat, Oracle, and SQL Server Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong mindset Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related area 3 years' experience in systems and infrastructure engineering or a related area at a technology, retail, or data-driven company Experience with SailPoint implementation, IAM domain best practices, design, and maintenance knowledge Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our associates grow and develop in their careers.
