**Key Responsibilities**
As a Hybrid Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service to internal departments, producers, and brokers
* Determining the root cause of issues and offering possible solutions or providing follow-up as needed
* Handling inbound and outbound customer service calls, as well as responding to emails and other communication channels
* Providing basic technical support and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
* Maintaining accurate records and data entry in our customer relationship management system
* Participating in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge
**Essential Qualifications**
* Strong customer service skills, including oral and written communication
* Some experience in a customer service environment, preferably in the insurance industry
* Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
* Ability to handle multiple priorities within strict time constraints
* Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work independently and in a team environment
* Ability to make informed decisions and achieve results
* Excellent data entry skills and experience with Microsoft Outlook and Teams
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Property and Casualty experience
* Experience working in a call center environment
* Knowledge of insurance industry products and services
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
