**Job Summary:**
We're seeking an experienced Hybrid Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Hybrid Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems using a variety of equipment and software. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that all data is complete, accurate, and up-to-date.
**Responsibilities:**
* Enter alpha and numeric data using key-to-disk standalone equipment, PCs, and other data entry terminals
* Verify data by sight and machine for completeness and accuracy
* Follow a pattern of operations generally standardized, but frequently including rules, expectations, and special instructions, which demand close attention
* Good working knowledge of the operation of data entry devices and numerous applications, job formats, and system commands
* Collaborate with the team to resolve data entry issues and ensure data accuracy
* Meet productivity and quality standards, with a focus on continuous improvement
* Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
**Qualifications:**
* 6+ months of experience in a data entry work environment
* 3+ months of experience working with Windows-based applications
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
