**Experienced HRIS Data Entry Associate – Global Mobility and HR Technology Support**

We're now seeking an experienced HRIS Data Entry Associate to join our team in New York, working on a 12-month contract basis. **About the Role** As an HRIS Data Entry Associate, you'll play a vital role in supporting our Global Mobility Team and HR Technology and Analysis Team. You'll be responsible for a range of tasks, including data entry, vendor payment processing, expense review, and record keeping. You'll also work closely with our HR Technology and Analysis Team to ensure seamless data entry and auditing processes for new hires, transfers, salary changes, promotions, demotions, status changes, and terminations. **Key Responsibilities** * **Global Mobility Team (50%):** + Record vendor invoices in AssignmentPro + Process vendor payment in PEGA + Process Concur request for credit card payment (HR Corporate Card) + Access AssignmentPro and review employee expense reimbursement requests + Check receipts that employee submitted along with requested amount (Approval will be processed by Mobility Manager or Senior Manager) + Various AssignmentPro Data Entry for Global Assignees + I9 E-verification process + Provide ad-hoc administrative supports to Global Mobility Team * **HR Technology and Analysis Team (50%):** + Data entry for new hires, terms, data changes, any documentation and testing in Success Factors + Data entry and auditing for all the discrepancies of all new hires, transfers, salary changes, promotions, demotions, status changes, and terminations etc into SF working along with the other team member + Prepare user guides or any documentation required during accomplishing the data entry activities + Work closely with the existing HRT&A team on helping with any kind of testing needed during a project implementation phase for Position Management, performance cycle, recruitment module etc + Provide ad-hoc administrative supports to HR T&A Team **Essential Qualifications** * Japanese and English bilingual skills required * Knowledge about SAP system (PEGA / Concur), Success Factors Employee Central * Exposure and understanding of HR operations * Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Visio, MS Access * A quick learner * Team player with a strong commitment to accomplishing tasks and goals * Ambitious, driven, self-motivated, flexible, respectful, and able to meet tight deadlines * Organized and autonomous, being able to multitask * Pay attention to details * Customer-oriented and flexible * Must be discrete and maintain the highest confidentiality, professionalism and ethical standards in handling variety of HR information **Preferred Qualifications** * 1+ years of experience in a human resources department or performing similar responsibilities required * 1+ years of Success Factors experience is highly preferred * 1+ years of PEGA, Concur experience is highly preferred * Bachelor's degree required **What We Offer** * Highly desirable hourly rate * Long term 12 month contract * Hybrid Role 2 days in office * Monday to Friday 9:00 - 5:00pm * Fantastic company and diverse culture * Medical and dental benefits provided from day 1 **Why Join arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a workplace that's inclusive, diverse, and supportive.
