Experienced HRIS Analyst, Business Process & Data Specialist – Remote Career Opportunity in Agribusiness

Job Summary
The HRIS Analyst, Business Process & Data will report to the HR function and be responsible for the practical support of our core HR system, MyHR Connection (SuccessFactors Employee Central). This includes mass import execution, data accuracy, and system enhancement identification. As a key partner with the IT Acquire to Retire team, you will act as a liaison for the HR organization on system design and configuration development ideas. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to analyze and create solutions to business problems are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
HR Information Systems (60%): Execute mass data imports in MyHR Connection, act as the business process owner for MyHR Connection, and provide subject matter expertise on project implementations in support of HR technology.
Continuous Improvement (40%): Identify opportunities to apply automation and data to improve business performance, enhance MyHR Connection performance through business requirement gathering and data-driven decision making, and collaborate cross-functionally with HR COEs, HR business partners, and IT to identify development opportunities.
Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must have:
High School degree or GED
2+ years of experience in Human Resources Information Systems and/or Information Technology roles
Demonstrated technical knowledge with core HR systems, including SuccessFactors Employee Central
Expert-level skill in tools like Microsoft Excel with proven ability to consolidate and work with multiple data sets
Excellent communication, organizational, interpersonal, problem-solving skills
Change-oriented continuous improvement mindset skills
Ability to engage with employees and vendors in a professional manner
Analytical capabilities, including report writing, requirements gathering, and system knowledge
Ability to work with a large volume of data, identifying inaccuracies, driving consistency, and maintaining root cause analysis
Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced and high-volume environment with emphasis on customer service, accuracy, and timeliness
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
LEAN certification
Experience implementing or using case and data management systems for HR
SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0, Recruiting Management, Recruit Marketing experience
Experience working with Dayforce payroll technology
