As the primary contact for HR-related inquiries, you will provide resolutions efficiently and accurately, ensuring employee information integrity while supporting HR initiatives that empower employees to do their best work. Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary contact for HR-related inquiries, providing resolutions efficiently and accurately.
Maintain and ensure the accuracy of employee data through effective management of HR systems and processes.
Support company-wide HR programs, ensuring smooth execution to enhance employee engagement.
Learn and implement tools and techniques to streamline, optimize, and automate HR processes.
Create, update, and manage the HR knowledge base to assist employees effectively.
Analyze, intake, and operationalize new employee services, from onboarding to offboarding.
Conduct system audits and testing to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and functionality, and document findings for process improvements.
Required Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Proficiency with Workday HCM tools, including experience in Mass Uploads (EIB).
Strong project management, communication, and customer service skills.
Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Keen attention to detail and a proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Strong logical reasoning skills for complex problem-solving.
A degree in HR, Business, IT, or a related field is preferred but not required.
Preferred Qualifications
We're looking for candidates with:
Experience as a Workday Data Analyst, in HR operations, or as an HR Generalist.
Familiarity with Zendesk or similar ticketing systems.
