**Key Responsibilities**
As an HR Shared Services Specialist at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:
* **Acting as the primary contact for HR-related inquiries**, providing resolutions efficiently and accurately to support employee success.
* **Maintaining and ensuring the accuracy of employee data** through effective management of HR systems and processes, ensuring employee information integrity.
* **Supporting company-wide HR programs**, ensuring smooth execution to enhance employee engagement and drive business results.
* **Learning and implementing tools and techniques** to streamline, optimize, and automate HR processes, improving efficiency and productivity.

**Essential Qualifications**

* **Proficiency with Workday HCM tools**, including experience in Mass Uploads (EIB), to manage employee data and HR processes efficiently.
* **Strong project management, communication, and customer service skills** to deliver accurate and timely solutions to HR inquiries.
* **Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets**, with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, to analyze data and drive business insights.
* **Keen attention to detail** and a proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
* **Strong logical reasoning skills** for complex problem-solving and decision-making.
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, experience in the following areas will be beneficial:
* **Experience as a Workday Data Analyst**, in HR operations, or as an HR Generalist, to bring valuable expertise to the role.
* **Familiarity with Zendesk or similar ticketing systems**, to streamline HR inquiries and resolutions.
