**Experienced HR Shared Services Representative – Workday HCM & Talent Management**

As a key member of our HR Shared Services team, you'll be the primary point of contact for all HR inquiries, from initial requests to fulfillment. You'll work closely with our local and global teams to resolve employee issues in a timely and efficient manner, leveraging your expertise in Workday transactions and data input accuracy. **About the Role** As an HR Shared Services Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of employee data through the control of employee structures and processes. You'll also assist with applications that impact all personnel, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently, allowing employees to focus on doing their best work. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to research new tools and strategies to simplify, optimize, and automate work across our Talent organization. **Key Responsibilities** * Ensure the accuracy of employee data through the control of employee structures and processes * Assist with applications that impact all personnel, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently * Research new tools and strategies to simplify, optimize, and automate work across our Talent organization * Help create, write, and maintain our HR knowledge base for employees * Assist with analyzing, implementing, and operationalizing new employee services (from pre-employment to offboarding) * Perform system and testing audits to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and functionality; analyze and record results and discrepancies **Required Qualifications** * Demonstrated expertise with the Workday HCM tool * Demonstrated expertise in Mass Uploads (EIB) * Demonstrated project management, communication, and customer service skills * Strong analytical skills, including intermediate to advanced skills in Excel * Strong interest in technology and the ability to provide results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment * Ability to troubleshoot using rigorous judgment and strategies to resolve complex problems * A degree in HR, Business, IT, or a related field is preferred but not required * Experience in Workday Data Analyst, HR, or as a HR Generalist is a plus * Experience with Zendesk ticketing system is a plus **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a shared services environment * Experience with HRIS systems and data analysis * Strong knowledge of HR best practices and regulatory compliance * Experience with process improvement and automation * Strong communication and interpersonal skills **What We Offer** At arenaflex, we offer a dynamic and supportive work environment that fosters growth and development.
