About the Role As an HR Operations Consultant, you will play a vital role in supporting the Content Management System (CMS) by enabling end-to-end solutions. You will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and updating CMS processes, partnering with cross-functional teams to design and integrate functionality, and ensuring a seamless user experience. Your expertise will be crucial in driving business solutions, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing changes to enhance our digital presence. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with HR Workstreams to build and maintain new and current Drupal CMS Web pages using HTML Identify, own, and drive resolutions to content author and HR inquiries Provide testing support for GTS functionality enhancements and Bug Resolution Maintain the New and Existing Digital Badge Program deployment in partnership with GTS Maintain the Content Management System Governance Processes Create and analyze Monthly Scorecard using Adobe Analytics for Page Metrics and Insights Understand operational business processes and opportunities across HR Operations Develop, train, and transition to production support teams after implementation and stabilization Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have: Bachelor's degree or 6 years of relevant work experience Experience with Drupal CMS (version 9 or higher) Experience as a digital user experience Experience supporting Drupal System Upgrades Experience working with cross-functional teams Experience with Agile and Sprint Methodologies Advanced HTML Experience Knowledge of JIRA and Confluent Experience with Adobe Analytics Experience in communicating (written and spoken) highly technical, multi-faceted solutions to business partners in a simple, understandable manner Experience with strategic solutions and/or systems integration design and solutions Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Master's degree Understanding of the Employee Life Cycle and supporting processes Ability to manage and balance business and technical requirements Demonstrated interpersonal communication, organization, and project management skills Experience managing large-scale programs with end-to-end accountability Communication, organization, and negotiation skills with the ability to successfully work multiple projects simultaneously Experience using Google G-Suite Applications and Microsoft Office Applications Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Workwarp, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
