**Requirements**

* A high school diploma or equivalent (GED)
* The ability to type at least 25 words per minute, with strong keyboarding skills
* Intermediate/advanced technical proficiency to toggle between multiple systems, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams
