As a Home Data Entry Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Conducting thorough studies and analysis of eligibility records to ensure accuracy and integrity
* Resolving problems and discrepancies in shared mailboxes and work queues, collaborating with internal and external teams to achieve green resolutions
* Discovering and resolving errors in multiple reports, reconciling eligibility among systems, and monitoring records
* Collaborating with various departments to create effective solutions to resolve problems
* Utilizing Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, MS Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project) to perform tasks efficiently
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* Experience in records studies and analysis
* Healthcare industry experience
* Working expertise in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, MS Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project)
* Excellent verbal, problem-solving, and written communication skills
* 1-2 years of associated experience
