As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences, communicating services offered, and scheduling initial visits. If you're a motivated and customer-focused individual with a passion for home care, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Key Responsibilities** * Effectively identify customer/family/caregiver needs and communicate services offered, highlighting the value of arenaflex's services * Establish rapport and engage members with arenaflex by scheduling the first initial visit * Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, safeguarding Protected Health Information * Route calls properly to support first call resolution * Attend/participate in educational/training activities to improve knowledge and performance level * Meet individual and team qualitative and quantitative targets * Adhere to attendance requirements * Perform other administrative duties as assigned **Essential Qualifications** * High school graduate or GED equivalent * Ability to work in a collaborative atmosphere * 2+ years of experience using CRM applications * Minimum of one year in an outreach environment (preferred) * Medical Terminology knowledge * Experience working in a fast-paced team environment * Great multitasking skills * Positive attitude * Good typing skills * Great customer service skills * Attention to detail * Strong organizational skills * Effective communication skills (written and verbal) * Strong computer skills * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of Tools * Critical thinking skills * Ability to work with others **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a call center environment * Experience in home care, customer service, or medical scheduling (1 year or more) * Strong knowledge of CRM applications and medical terminology **Work Environment and Culture** * 100% remote work environment with limited video interaction (primarily phone-based) * Casual dress code * Collaborative and supportive team environment * Opportunities for professional growth and development * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance **Compensation and Benefits** * Competitive hourly rate of $19.00 per hour * Full-time benefits package (health, dental, vision, etc.) * Paid time off and holidays * Opportunities for career advancement and professional growth **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and customer-focused individual with a passion for home care, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
