* Writing a wide variety of reports, letters, memos, and correspondence
* Compiling, updating, and maintaining information in databases
* Researching current developments in areas of expertise
* Reviewing customer and employee files, resolving problems
* Overseeing the daily operations of department
**Requirements and Skills**
