**Key Responsibilities:**
* Advertise and sell shipping containers to customers via chat, using our software to facilitate the sales process
* Engage with customers to encourage them to place an order, building strong relationships and trust
* Close sales directly on the chat, using our system to send invoices and finalize transactions
* Assign leads to sales managers, who will follow up with customers via phone calls to ensure a seamless sales experience
* Participate in daily training sessions to stay up-to-date on industry trends, product knowledge, and sales strategies
* Collaborate with our Q&A group and mentors to overcome challenges and achieve sales goals
**Essential Qualifications:**
* 1+ year of sales experience, preferably in a remote or chat-based sales environment
