**Job Summary**
As a Healthcare Revenue Cycle Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the seamless flow of revenue operations across our clinics. You'll work closely with our revenue operations teams, clinics, and insurance payers to ensure timely and accurate reimbursement for dialysis services rendered at our clinics. **Responsibilities**
As a Healthcare Revenue Cycle Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:
* Performing duties related to revenue operations, including medical insurance collections, credits, and patient insurance coverage
* Communicating with insurance payers to ensure proper insurance coverage for our patients or to ensure timely and accurate reimbursement for dialysis services rendered at our clinics
* Responding timely and accurately to payer communications
* Collaborating with other revenue operations teams to ensure seamless processes across teams
* Partnering with clinics teammates, including Insurance counselors, social workers, and facility administrators, to ensure timely and accurate insurance information
* Identifying process changes and opportunities for continuous improvements
**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A High School diploma or equivalent
* A minimum of six (6) months corporate office experience
* Previous Revenue Cycle experience is preferred but not required
* Data Entry experience filling out online forms
* Savvy in navigating through the internet and provider portals
* Proper claim accounting knowledge is a big plus
* Medical billing or accounting experience is a big plus
