**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Healthcare Patient Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our revenue cycle management team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients, answering their calls regarding EOBs and research balances, managing patient refunds, and processing patient payments. **Requirements**
* A minimum of one year of experience in medical billing and collections
* Current knowledge of medical billing and reimbursement for commercial insurance, Medicaid, and Medicare
* Thorough understanding of EOBs and the ability to effectively communicate by phone and in writing with patients
* Consistently demonstrate extensive attention to detail, organization, and multi-tasking skills
* Ability to provide a positive customer service experience to clients, guests, and patients
* Self-motivated, multitasking, and a team player
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare administration, business administration) preferred
* Current knowledge of medical billing and reimbursement for commercial insurance, Medicaid, and Medicare
* Experience with medical billing software and systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner, Meditech)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
