**Job Summary**

We're seeking an experienced Healthcare Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a remote basis. As a key member of our revenue operations department, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the seamless flow of information and the timely reimbursement of dialysis services rendered at our clinics. **Responsibilities**

As a Healthcare Data Entry Specialist with careerzynith, you'll be responsible for the following key duties:

* Performing duties related to revenue operations, including medical insurance collections, credits, and patient insurance coverage
* Communicating with insurance payers to ensure proper insurance coverage for our patients and timely reimbursement for dialysis services rendered at our clinics
* Responding timely and accurately to payer communications, ensuring seamless processes across teams
* Collaborating with other revenue operations teams to identify process changes and opportunities for continuous improvements
* Partnering with clinics teammates, including insurance counselors, social workers, and facility administrators, to ensure timely and accurate insurance information
* Identifying and implementing process changes to improve efficiency and effectiveness

**Qualifications**

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

* High School diploma or equivalent required
* Minimum of six (6) months corporate office experience required
* Previous Revenue Cycle experience is preferred but not required
* Data Entry experience filling out online forms
* Savvy in navigating through the internet and provider portals
* Proper claim accounting knowledge is a big plus
* Medical billing or accounting experience is a big plus

**Preferred Qualifications**

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

* Previous experience in a revenue cycle or healthcare setting
* Certification in medical billing or coding (e.g., CPC, CMC)
* Experience with healthcare software systems, including EMRs and practice management systems
* Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance
