Our mission is to provide expert diagnosis and treatment to patients across the country, making it possible for them to receive the care they need in a timely and cost-effective manner. **Responsibilities** As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include: * Answering inbound sales calls to help patients or their families decide to book our services * Checking insurance coverage for patients, submitting pre-authorizations * Following up with potential patients to ensure they have all the necessary information to make informed decisions * Scheduling appointments and rescheduling when issues arise * Following up with patients on status, including equipment, materials, and surveys * Providing weekly sales updates to the operations manager * Collaborating with the team to resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess: * At least 10 years of customer service experience, with a strong track record of providing exceptional support to patients and families * 5+ years of medical receptionist experience, including insurance verification and coordination * 5+ years of inbound sales experience, with a proven ability to convert leads into bookings * Strong computer and organization skills, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment * Highly self-motivated and enthusiastic about working in a customer-facing role * Highly flexible, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities * Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues **Compensation, Growth, and Benefits** As a valued member of the arenaflex team, you'll enjoy: * A competitive base salary of $42,000-$49,000 per year, depending on experience * Potential annual bonus of up to $5,000 * 7 paid time off (PTO) days plus 3 paid holidays * Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance * 401(k) matching program * Flexible schedule, with the option to work from home * Opportunities for career growth and professional development **Work Environment and Culture** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a positive and supportive work environment that fosters collaboration, innovation, and growth.
