**Responsibilities:**

As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

* Answering inbound sales calls to help patients or their families decide to book our services, providing expert guidance and support throughout the process
* Verifying insurance coverage for patients, submitting pre-authorizations, and ensuring seamless communication with our operations team
* Following up with potential patients to address any concerns or questions they may have, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish
* Scheduling appointments and rescheduling when issues arise, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
* Providing weekly sales updates to the operations manager, ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the sales process
* Following up with patients on status, including equipment, materials, and surveys, to ensure timely and effective communication

**Requirements:**

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

* **10+ years of customer service experience**, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment
* **5+ years of medical receptionist experience**, including insurance verification and experience working with patients and healthcare professionals
* **5+ years of inbound sales experience**, with a strong ability to build rapport and close sales
* **Strong computer and organization skills**, with the ability to navigate our CRM system and other software applications
* **Highly self-motivated and flexible**, with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities
* **Ability to work independently**, with minimal supervision, and as part of a dynamic team
* **Strong communication and interpersonal skills**, with the ability to build rapport with patients, families, and healthcare professionals

**Compensation, Growth, and Benefits:**

* **Base pay of $42,000-$49,000 per year**, depending on experience
* **Potential Annual Bonus of up to $5,000**, based on individual and team performance
