**Job Summary**

As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative with careerzynith, you'll play a vital role in addressing the concerns and needs of our clients' customers. This is a fast-paced, insurance-based program that requires a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. You'll be working with an elderly and disabled community, providing support and resolving issues in a compassionate and empathetic manner.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Assist customers with issues and concerns they're experiencing during the use of the product and/or service
* Document call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
* Maintain and update customer information as necessary
* Upsell current customers on new or enhanced services
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
* Provide exceptional customer service experiences that exceed client expectations
* Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry developments to provide informed support

**Essential Qualifications**

* 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a healthcare or insurance-based environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
