About the Role
As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the eyes and ears of our team, fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns. Key Responsibilities

Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or social media to resolve their questions or concerns
Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise
Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate to ensure timely resolution
Respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments in a professional and courteous manner
Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes to ensure accuracy and efficiency
Provide feedback on call issues to help improve our services and processes
Upsell when required to promote additional products or services that may benefit our customers


Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:

Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment with minimal supervision
6 months of customer service experience preferred, but not required
Be over 18 years of age and have a high school graduate or GED equivalent
Ability to type 25 words per minute and have comfort with desktop computer systems
Proven oral and written communication skills, with logical problem-solving skills and ability to navigate Windows operating systems
Organization and work prioritization skills to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities


Work from Home Requirements
To work from home with arenaflex, you will need to meet the following internet requirements:

Minimum subscribed download rate equal to or exceeds 15.0 Mbps
Minimum subscribed upload rate equal to or exceeds 5.0 Mbps
ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms
Internet connections cannot be Satellite, Mobile Data (5G, 4G, 3G hotspots), P2P, or VPN
Proof of internet speed required to ensure reliability and efficiency
Clean and quiet workspace to minimize distractions and ensure productivity
