* Making outbound calls to patients, members, and customers to schedule appointments for preventative health screenings, assess for high-risk or other healthcare appointments
* Providing welcome calls and assisting members and patients with benefits and insurance information
* Conducting surveys to gather feedback and improve our services
* Working with patients, patient representatives, providers, pharmacies, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and care
* Demonstrating empathy and compassion in all interactions, and providing exceptional customer service to meet the needs of our patients and customers
