Our Chief Client Officer started her career at arenaflex as an agent and advanced to the pinnacle of the company, demonstrating our commitment to growth and development. **Your Responsibilities** As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * **Connecting with customers**: Field customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media to resolve their questions or concerns. * **Calmly resolving issues**: Attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise, providing a positive customer experience. * **Escalating interactions**: Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate, ensuring that customer issues are addressed promptly and effectively. * **Tracking call-related information**: Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes, ensuring that our performance metrics are accurate and up-to-date. * **Providing feedback**: Provide feedback on call issues, helping us to identify areas for improvement and optimize our customer service processes. * **Upselling**: Upsell when required, ensuring that customers are aware of our full range of services and products. **We're Looking for Fearless People** At arenaflex, we're looking for fearless individuals who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do. If you're a motivated and results-driven individual who is passionate about customer service, we want to hear from you! **Qualifications** To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following qualifications: * **High School Diploma or Equivalent**: You'll need to have a high school diploma or equivalent to be considered for this role. * **Minimum of 6 Months of Customer Service Experience**: We're looking for individuals with a minimum of 6 months of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting. * **Must be 18 Years of Age or Older**: You'll need to be at least 18 years of age to be considered for this role. * **Ability to Type at Least 25 Words per Minute**: You'll need to be able to type at least 25 words per minute to meet the demands of this role. * **Comfortable with Desktop Computer Systems**: You'll need to be comfortable with desktop computer systems and have general knowledge of Windows-based systems. * **Customer Service and/or Sales Experience Preferred**: While not required, customer service and/or sales experience is preferred for this role. * **College Degree Preferred but Not Required**: A college degree is preferred but not required for this role. **Key Competencies** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following key competencies: * **Process Excellence**: Demonstrate commitment to following established procedures and be customer service-driven. * **Collaboration**: Proven ability to collaborate effectively with team members, supervisors, and support departments to resolve customer issues and achieve performance goals. * **Communication**: Outstanding communication, listening, and analytical skills. * **Organizational Skills**: Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. * **Emotional Intelligence**: Ability to prioritize tasks and work well under pressure while remaining focused. * **Open-Mindedness**: Open-minded approach to feedback, evolving policies, and working within a structured schedule that includes a variety of shifts. * **Critical Thinking**: Sharp critical thinking skills, enabling quick analysis of customer issues and thoughtful, informed decision-making. * **Solution-Oriented**: Proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on creating a positive customer experience. **Work from Home Requirements** To work from home, you'll need to meet the following requirements: * **Internet Requirements**: You'll need to have a minimum subscribed download rate of 15.0 Mbps and a minimum subscribed upload rate of 5.0 Mbps. Your ISP must have no packet loss and a ping under 50ms.
