**Your Role**
As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you will be the difference between a customer's experience being just average or an exceptional one. You'll be responsible for:
* Answering incoming communications from customers
* Conducting research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues
* Recognizing, applying, and explaining product or service knowledge
* Providing exceptional customer service with a caring and supportive nature
**What You Bring to the Role**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* 6 months or more of customer services experience
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Strong computer experience
* High-speed internet connection (25mbps)
* A passion for helping others and giving them peace of mind
