About the Role
The Healthcare Customer Service Representative will play a vital role in our organization, handling inbound sales calls, scheduling patients, and performing general customer service duties. Key Responsibilities

Answering inbound sales calls to guide patients or their families in deciding to book our services, providing clear information about our telehealth solutions and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
Checking insurance coverage for patients and submitting pre-authorizations to ensure a seamless experience.
Following up with potential patients to provide updates, answer additional questions, and encourage them to proceed with our services.
Scheduling appointments and rescheduling when necessary, ensuring that all logistical aspects of patient care are managed efficiently.
Following up with patients on their status, including equipment, materials, and surveys, to guarantee that they receive comprehensive support throughout their journey with arenaflex.
Providing weekly sales updates to the operations manager, contributing to the continuous improvement of our sales strategies and customer service practices.


Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following essential qualifications:

At least 10 years of experience in customer service, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional support and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
At least 5 years of experience as a medical receptionist, including insurance verification experience, demonstrating an understanding of healthcare operations and patient needs.
At least 5 years of experience in inside/inbound sales, with a strong ability to communicate the value of our telehealth services to potential patients and convert leads into bookings.
Strong computer and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and maintain accurate records.
Highly self-motivated, with a passion for spending time on the phone with prospects and providing personalized support to patients and their families.
Highly flexible, with an understanding that responsibilities may evolve as the company grows and adapts to the changing needs of the telehealth industry.


Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

Experience working in a telehealth or healthcare environment, with knowledge of neuropsychology and cognitive disorders.

Base pay of $42,000-$49,000 per year, depending on experience.
