* **Customer Inquiries**: You'll carefully respond to all customer inquiries, providing excellent customer service through active listening.
* **Confidential Customer Information**: You'll work with confidential customer information and treat it sensitively.
* **Issue Resolution**: You'll aim to resolve issues on the first call by being proactive and communicating effectively with customers.
* **Documentation**: You'll accurately document and maintain all interactions, verifying each caller according to our verification standards.
**What We're Looking For**
We're looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual who's passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. Some of the key qualifications we're looking for include:
* **6 Months Customer Service Experience**: You'll have a minimum of 6 months customer service experience in a medical-related field.
* **Age**: You'll be at least 18 years old.
* **Typing Speed**: You'll be able to type 25 wpm.
* **Education**: You'll have a High School Graduate or GED.
* **Computer Skills**: You'll be proficient with desktop computer systems and have the ability to self-troubleshoot.
* **Communication Skills**: You'll have proven oral and written communication skills, as well as the ability to multi-task between talking and typing.
* **Customer Service Skills**: You'll have strong customer service skills, with the ability to handle high-stress situations and difficult customers/members.
* **Availability**: You'll be available to work various shifts.
