As a key contributor to our team, you will be the eyes and ears of our organization, fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns. Responsibilities: Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or social media to resolve their questions or concerns Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate, ensuring that customers receive the support they need Respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments, providing timely and accurate solutions Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes, maintaining accurate records and data Provide feedback on call issues, contributing to our continuous improvement and growth Upsell when required, identifying opportunities to enhance customer experiences and drive business results Qualifications: We are looking for fearless individuals who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do.
