Job Overview
As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient experiences, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities

Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions or concerns
Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues, providing empathetic and effective solutions
Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate, ensuring that customers receive the support they need
Respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments, ensuring that all transactions are handled efficiently and securely
Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
Provide feedback on call issues, identifying areas for improvement and suggesting solutions
Upsell if required, promoting additional products or services that meet our customers' needs and preferences


Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

6 months of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in English and mathematics
Ability to type 25 words per minute, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfort with desktop computer systems, including Windows operating systems and software applications
Proven problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex issues and provide effective solutions
Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment, with a reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace


Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred:

Experience working in a call center or customer service environment, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices
Knowledge of healthcare terminology, procedures, and regulations, with a strong foundation in medical concepts and principles
