As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional support to our clients' customers. Your day will be filled with opportunities to make a meaningful impact:
* Handle enrollment, benefits, and claims calls with empathy and professionalism, ensuring that our clients' customers receive the support they need.
* Develop strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs, resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner, and following up to ensure their satisfaction.
* Continuously improve your knowledge of products, services, and processes by participating in training programs and continuous learning modules, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
* Collaborate with other departments as needed to resolve customer issues, leveraging your problem-solving skills and expertise to deliver exceptional results.

**Essential Qualifications for a Healthcare Customer Service Representative at arenaflex**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A high school diploma or equivalent
* Be at least 18 years old
* Previous experience in a customer service role, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional support
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
* Proficiency in using computers and various software applications, including a Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) policy
* HIPAA knowledge and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to industry regulations
* Flexibility to work a shift within 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM EST (Monday through Friday, weekends and major holidays off)
* Ability to meet the minimum PC specification requirements
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, having a medical or medical insurance background, or call center experience handling healthcare accounts, can be beneficial in this role.
