What to Expect: Key Responsibilities As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be the frontline representative for our clients, providing them with exceptional support and service. Your primary responsibilities will include: Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or social media to resolve their questions or concerns in a timely and professional manner. Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues that arise, ensuring a positive experience for our clients. Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate, to ensure that complex issues are addressed by the relevant teams. Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes, maintaining accurate records and contributing to continuous improvement. Providing feedback on call issues, helping to identify areas for improvement and implement changes that enhance our customer service. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: The ability to work effectively in a remote, virtual team environment, with minimal supervision. A minimum of 6 months of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare or related field. To be at least 18 years of age. A typing speed of at least 25 words per minute. A High School diploma or equivalent (GED).
