**Experienced Health Systems Account Manager – 340B Program Development and Sales**

**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Health Systems Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to grow our 340B program business, while providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. You will work closely with our leadership team to develop and implement sales plans, and you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, including governmentally qualified health centers (FQHCs) and small hospitals.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Develop and execute sales strategies to grow our 340B program business, including identifying new business opportunities and developing relationships with key decision-makers at our clients.
* Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients, including responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
* Manage a portfolio of clients, including governmentally qualified health centers (FQHCs) and small hospitals, and develop and implement sales plans to grow our business with these clients.
* Work closely with our leadership team to develop and implement sales plans, and provide regular updates on sales performance and progress.
* Collaborate with our cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to develop and implement sales strategies and plans.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including developing relationships with key decision-makers at our clients and identifying new sales channels and partnerships.
* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' needs and preferences, and use this knowledge to develop and implement sales strategies and plans that meet their needs.
* Provide regular updates on sales performance and progress to our leadership team, and make recommendations for improving sales performance and growth.

**Essential Qualifications**

* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, healthcare, or marketing.
* At least 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field, with a focus on healthcare or pharmaceuticals.
* Proven track record of success in sales, including meeting or exceeding sales targets and developing and executing sales strategies that drive business growth.
* Strong understanding of the 340B program and its requirements, including experience working with FQHCs and small hospitals.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make recommendations for improving sales performance and growth.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
* Strong knowledge of CRM software, including Salesforce or similar platforms.

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Master's degree in a related field, such as business, healthcare, or marketing.
* Experience working in a healthcare or pharmaceutical company, including experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.
* Experience working with governmentally qualified health centers (FQHCs) and small hospitals, including experience developing and implementing sales strategies and plans for these clients.
* Strong understanding of healthcare policy and regulations, including experience working with government programs such as Medicaid and Medicare.
* Experience working in a team environment, including experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and plans.
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
