**Key Responsibilities**
* **Guest Relations**
+ Provide comprehensive guest messaging that resonates with our brand and values
+ Leverage AI, specifically ChatGPT, to create personalized and engaging guest experiences
+ Screen potential guests and provide support for guests, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
+ Respond to guest inquiries and communicate with guests via phone, email, and messaging platforms
+ Achieve 5-star ratings and Superhost Status by delivering exceptional service and support
+ Write and respond to guest reviews on Airbnb, VRBO, and other platforms
* **Company Tasks**
+ Report maintenance and damage issues to Operations via Operto Teams
+ Report and submit damage claims to Guesty Shield for reimbursement
+ Build, manage, and report in-house maintenance labor
+ Work with business financials and accounting to assist with the onboarding of accounting systems
+ Develop and maintain relationships with 3rd party vendors for tertiary market management
**Essential Qualifications**
* **Language Skills**: Fluency in English, with perfect grammar and communication skills
* **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in Guesty and Operto Teams, with experience in leveraging AI for guest messaging
* **Availability**: Availability to work part-time, with a minimum of 20 hours per week, including Thursday and Friday evenings (3pm-11p CST)
* **Reliability**: Ability to work independently and reliably, with a strong commitment to meeting deadlines and delivering results
